I’m a personal mentor and a small business coach. I want to help you find meaning, stability, and joy in living an intentional life, using techniques that have been proven, again and again, over the last two decades in my work with clients.
I make self, community, and small business care into bite-sized, possible pieces by weaving various levels of support. My passions are helping you gather all the pieces of yourself you’ve left behind (or had to ignore for safety), and teaching you skills for health and success that you may have missed along the way.
If you’re neurodivergent, chronically ill, have questions about gender and/or sexuality, drowning in a small business, feeling alone, or in need of a safe space to learn and a safe person to learn from, you’re in the right place. Need help making your life make sense? I’ve got you.
You might not be able to frolic in a field or adopt 5 cats where you live, but taking care of anything that needs you to survive can remind you ...how to take care of yourself. You need to be fed, watered, and nurtured even when the world is falling apart. It can be hard to remember to do those things. I get it. I’ve been there. I’m here to help!Show More

Honestly, the thing I probably say the most to myself is look how cute I’m being right now and other people have ...picked it up in my life. I’m being soooo cute right now.
I guess we should explain what that is.
Calling myself cute and adorable and appreciating and holding love for myself when I’m being utterly human. That’s something that I said the other day in a conversation “look how beautifully human we’re showing up right now” because we’re just doing. I think it’s when I’m not Bird’s Eyeing, when I’m going based on true feelings and reactive.
And then you recognize it, like your’e in it, you’re reacting,
And not beating myself up over it, which is another thing that I really… having grace for myself, and that’s what that helps me do
Really, like, if I could sum up pretty much everything that I’ve learned to adapt in my life through working with you it’s to have grace for myself for what I didn’t know, for what I forgot, for what I did in the moment, for just having appreciation and grace and patience for myself. For being so cute, for being so me, and that…instead of saying what an idiot I am or like, just being really hard and…having my back means recognizing that I’m not always gunna get it right and to give myself the opportunity to relearn and retry and to get up another day and do something different

It’s a lot of reesponibiltb to take on holding that space for people whether it’s like, no matter the level of contact you ...have with a client. What’s that like taking on that resposibility, of holding that for a client and whatever they share and discover through you
People ask me that’s a question I often get - how do you handle so many people’s stuff in a day and I don’t really feel like I’m handling it. Like it’s not mine. I just show up and hold this area - this ethereal, ephemeral space, and it’s your responsibility to do the work
I always really felt that in our work together. We’re on opposite sides of the country. I’ve never even met you in person and yet you are a person in my heart from now and for the rest of my life. I always really felt that from you and that’s a thing I was able to learn through popping up and watching you and I interact together, is the way in which you hold boundaries and the way in which you always held that space for me no matter what level of contact we were having at the time, you were always the same. Helped me look at my own stuff and realize what was mine and that’s really helped me in relationships, too. It’s really helped me realize that I can only carry what’s mine to carry in a relationship, no matter with a partner or my child or a boss or a colleague or that person who is really pissed off in the grocery store in the line in front of me. It’s not always my job to fix that. People have to show up for themselves and the best I can do is show up as me and in the way that feels authentic and right for me. I’ve really appreciated that and was grateful for that. I felt very emotionally safe, always, with you.
Oh, thank you. I’m so glad. I do feel like someone who isn’t willing to do that for themselves is not a good fit for working with me. And I have run in to that occasionally. I would say generally, if somebody has found me, it’s because they are ready to do that work or they want to but don’t understand what it is yet and need somebody to show them that. And most of the time, my clients across the board, are willing to show up to that space and do their own work.Show More
Meet Leoh
Leoh Blooms is a mentor and health advocate with about two decades of experience working with individuals on their journey to living a life they won’t need to hide or escape from, using his unique multi-modality technique. Leoh’s essays on mental health and gender have been published in books, magazines, and online. Their art is hanging on walls in several countries. Leah also uses his understanding of accountability and encouragement to work with small business owners on improving the way they not only do business, but how their business affects every aspect of their lives.
Leoh has earned a reputation for improving lives in simple yet impactful ways, with their unique approach of weaving healing around intimacy, mental health, gender, and sex, with practical self-care techniques.
Sir Blooms has encouraged me to come into my own as an artist, a writer, a nonbinary person, and most importantly, deserving of love. Their experience-led mentoring has helped me become the person I want to be, and their support has been invaluable to me. ~ E.M.
“Many people, especially queer folks, spend their lives masking to fit in, contorting themselves to slot into a binary world that doesn’t validate them. Along the way, we learn false things, like we’re unworthy of love or that there is something fundamentally wrong with us. Please understand: You are good. You are worthy, right now. You deserve to take up space and use your voice. You have good ideas. You have skills and passions that make you unique. You are ever-capable of learning new things. You deserve (and require) self care and rest. I’m honored to show you how.” ~ Leoh Blooms
I specialize in working with creative and service-oriented professionals — writers, artists, therapists, and other small business owners who want structured accountability and thoughtful support.
Running a small business means wearing every hat yourself, from operations and marketing to budgeting and client care. That can be rewarding, but also overwhelming, especially if you’re someone who struggles with procrastination, time management, or staying focused amid competing priorities.
My role is to share that load with you. Together, we’ll prioritize what’s most important and I’ll hold space for firm accountability. The goal isn’t just to improve your work performance or work/life balance (although we’ll do both), it’s to help you feel more grounded and confident in how you show up every day.
Research shows that accountability dramatically increases follow-through. More importantly, having someone who genuinely cares about your success helps turn your intentions into consistent action.
Other Individual Support services include:
Coworking sessions
Quarterly/yearly budget and tax reviews
Annual goal-setting sessions
Business setup & guidance (legal structure, billing systems, scheduling, and more)
We’ll have two initial setup sessions so you can tell me what you love about your business and why you do it. I want to understand what comes easily for you and where you need support. I’ll ask you to explain your current processes. Then I’ll share the custom and targeted workflow plan I’ve created just for you. We’ll fine-tune it together and sync calendar connection times. You’ll leave feeling supported and confident while understanding the expectations, and anticipating the growth you’re about to experience.
Running a small business can feel isolating. The demands can make it difficult to focus on what really matters. I’ll help you bring structure to your time, clarify your priorities, and translate your goals into achievable steps. When challenges arise, we’ll address them together, with compassion and practicality.
My strategy package is $200/week. Show up for yourself by inviting me to show up for you, too! Get a free consultation or reserve some time to meet me.
