I’m dating my children.
I see them socially about 2 times a month.
We see a movie and go to dinner.
I have them in by 10pm.
And then I go home.
Without them.

Thanx, Andy!
Interview with Defective Yeti
Start your week out right.
Read my interview with Matthew Baldwin AKA Defective Yeti.
Changes
This week is finally over. *phew*
I spent the entire week and the end of last week training Andra to take over for me at GTI. It’s hard work, training. I was exhasted every night.
This week starts new things for me. More time for painting and shooting. Freelancing. I’m nervous but feeling happy.
More later.
Music on 3wk.com
I love 3wk.com. I’ve been listening for months and have been introduced to music I never would have heard otherwise.

Plus some more that didn’t have webpages like: books, wild horses…
Taxes
I didn’t get my taxes done on time. I did, however, squeak in an extension barely under the wire. I’ve been complaining to myself for weeks on how hard it is to do my taxes when I have both 1099s and W2s and why me etc. etc.
And then I read this from Denise which makes me hang my head in shame. Oh, yes. In shame.
The Photo Shoot
Everything in the Marriott’s restaurant Arterra bespoke ‘Excellence.’
The chef and the editor had been waiting. The first food plate was finally created to perfection and waiting for its close-up on the small white-clothed table, expertly decorated in front of the 10-foot tall gilded mirror which reflected the entire decadent room.
The photographer, arriving slightly late, hurried to make amends with perfect shooting. She lined up the shot, checked the lighting and cleared people out of the room that would be in the mirror’s reflection. After adjusting the wineglasses and cleaning off some smudges on the glassware, the shot was perfect.
She moved in slightly to get a better angle…
and tripped over the chair rung. Her elbow came down hard on the table and slid up towards the perfect plate, which in turn mashed the wineglass against the mirror. Red wine and Quail eggs went everywhere.
My jacket needs to go to the dry cleaners.
President Bush
Fox had to postpone its regular edition of “American Idol” by one night. Tuesday’s regularly scheduled edition of “Idol” will run at 8 p.m. Wednesday, while the live results show moves to 8 p.m. Thursday, where it will compete against CBS’ “Survivor: All-Stars.”
Vote Kerry.
Easter
Easter was fine indeed.
My kids were here. The Easter Bunny came and we even colored eggs. Admittedly, it was more fun for some of us than for the others that reluctuntly broke away from their Gamecube game, ran to the table and dyed all three eggs in 20 seconds or less and then ran back to their game, but hey.
And for those of you that think the Easter Bunny should not be a part of Easter, who else is going to bring you chocolate??
Andrew Phelps
Hey!
Andrew Phelps is back.
Interview with Laurie Notaro
My interview with Laurie Notaro is up on the Writers Monthly site. Also, she let us post a letter she wrote to Ellen Degeneres. Very funny stuff.
